ATHENA INTEGRATED SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is launching a new startup division focused on facility management, commercial cleaning and manpower supply.

The Business Development Executive will drive early growth by establishing client relationships, pursuing contracts and building a sustainable customer base. Reporting to the Director, you will craft strategies, conduct site visits, prepare proposals and negotiate terms.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in business development or sales within facilities management.
• Experience securing commercial contracts is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Ability to independently develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
• Comfort with tender submissions and contract negotiations.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to establish presence in facility management.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in FM, cleaning, building maintenance and manpower supply.
• Source potential clients including commercial buildings, offices, factories and property managers.
• Build relationships with owners, managers, developers and corporate clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements for potential projects.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to win new contracts.
• Develop marketing and sales plans to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor market trends and explore new opportunities.
• Support startup operations and growth initiatives.
