Job summary

ACME EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and grow the cleaning services portfolio.

You will identify potential clients, generate leads, conduct site visits, prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• B2B sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Able to conduct site visits and prepare quotations.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Singapore driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for cleaning services.
• Source potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, online platforms and other channels.
• Target commercial offices, retail outlets, condominiums, schools, industrial premises, restaurants, warehouses and other suitable clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
