Job Description – Business Development Executive

Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for establishing and expanding the company's business operations as a new start-up in Singapore. The role focuses on developing new client relationships, securing facility management contracts, generating revenue and building a sustainable customer base.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to establish the company's presence in the facility management industry.

2. Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial cleaning, facility management, building maintenance and manpower supply services.

3. Actively source potential clients, including commercial buildings, offices, factories, condominiums, property management companies and main contractors.

4. Establish business relationships with property owners, managing agents, facility managers, developers and corporate clients.

5. Arrange client meetings, conduct site visits and assess operational requirements before preparing quotations.

6. Prepare business proposals, quotations, tender documents and service agreements for potential projects.

7. Negotiate pricing, contract terms and service requirements to secure new business contracts.

8. Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and establish the company's market presence.

Job Requirements

• Willing to work overtime and commit to a 12-hour work schedule as required.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 12 hours per day.

• Working Environment: Office-based, with regular external client meetings and project site visits.

• Work Schedule: Flexible working hours depending on business requirements.
