Job summary

A recruitment services firm in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Executive to generate leads and engage potential clients. Responsibilities include cold calling, attending meetings, and building relationships to grow the client portfolio. Candidates with at least 1 year of B2B sales experience are preferred, but those eager to learn will also be considered. The position offers a basic salary of $2800 - $3500 plus commission, and a flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work.

Business Development Executive / Sales Executive (Recruitment Services)

Main Responsibilities
  • Generating leads and cold calling to get appointments with potential clients
  • Attending face to face client meeting to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions
  • Doing outdoor canvassing and getting new clients to engage our services
  • Consult with prospect about their hiring and employment needs
  • Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio
  • Report on sales activity on a weekly basis
  • Working closely together with recruitment consultants to better understand clients needs and to manage client’s expectations
  • Other general duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Hunter mentality and a “no fear” approach to prospecting corporate clients
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn
  • Min 1 year of corporate sales, B2B experience
  • If no experience, but willing to learn and sales driven will be considered
  • Able to work independently
  • Salary ranges from $2800 - $3500 (Basic) + allowance + attractive commission and incentives
  • Average gross $4000 - $5000 and above
  • Flexible working environment, 4 days work with 1 day remote working.
  • Free lance / part time applicants can be considered
