Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment & Account Management Executive to join our growing team. The role focuses on managing client relationships, understanding manpower needs, and coordinating candidates from sourcing to onboarding.

We offer exposure to recruitment, sales and account management with opportunities to handle own client accounts and career progression. Office location near Bendemeer/Lavender MRT.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, account management, HR or manpower operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with both clients and candidates.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good coordination and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build relationships with existing clients.

Recruitment & Account Management Executive

Salary: Basic salary from $3000 + Commission

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Recruitment & Account Management Executive to join our growing team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and build relationships with existing clients
• Understand clients' manpower and recruitment requirements
• Source, screen and coordinate candidates for various positions
• Manage part-time, temporary and contract manpower deployments
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, timesheets and payroll-related matters
• Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare quotations, proposals and other recruitment documents
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful manpower deployment

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, account management, HR or manpower operations is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with both clients and candidates
