Job summary

The HR Ecology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a recruitment consultant to manage staffing for diverse clients from the Paya Lebar area. Working hours are 8.30am–6.00pm, Monday to Friday, with performance incentives.

You will lead full recruitment cycles, advise clients on placement rates, service existing accounts, win new business, and perform market research to stay competitive in the recruitment industry. Achievement of KPIs is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• CEI qualification is preferred.
• 1–2 years recruitment or sales experience preferred.
• Extroverted with strong communication and target attitude.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Staffing for client companies across industries.
• Full recruitment cycle: advertise, screen, interview, recommend, place.
• Quote clients on placement rates and salary tiers.
• Serve existing clients and source new business.
• Build rapport and loyalty through quality service.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in recruitment.
• Handle grievances and performance issues from candidates and clients.
• Meet individual and company KPIs and targets.

Location: Paya Lebar (East)

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary: $2500 - $3200 (depends on experience) + Performance Incentives

Job scope:

• Perform staffing activities for clients from various industries
• Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
• Propose and quote clients on the placement rates for various positions and salary tiers.
• Service existing clients and to source for new businesses.
• Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the recruitment industry
• Handle grievances, complaints and performance issues from candidates and clients alike
• Achieve Individual & Company KPI and targets

Requirements:

• Possess a min Diploma in any field
• Preferably with CEI qualification
• Preferably with 1 - 2 years recruitment and/or sales experience.
• Have the passion to do sales and affinity to achieve targets.
• Extroverted personality and keen to communicate with all walks of life.
• Familiar with MS Office applications.
