Job summary

RELIABLE INTERNATIONAL FREIGHTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales professional in Singapore to promote Oceanfreight, Air freight, Projects, and Warehousing services.

You will plan business strategies to meet customers' objectives and aggressively source and secure new accounts, building a strong customer pool. The role requires building relationships with existing and new customers, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and achieving sales targets while monitoring market

Qualifications

• Salary will be based on experiences.
• Possess own transport.
• Preferable with 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding, with knowledge on sea freight or Contract Logistics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the services: Oceanfreight, Air freight, Projects, Warehousing.
• Plan business strategies to meet customers' objectives.
• Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
• Establish and build a pool of customers.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure P&L objectives.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions.
• Monitor and ensure prompt payments for receivables.
• Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting to supervisor or HOS.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or HOS.
• Identify new opportunities by researching and evaluating prospective positions.

Job Responsibilities

• To promote the service provided by the company - Oceanfreight / Air freight/ Projects/ Warehousing services. Plan business strategies to meet the customers' business objectives.
• Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
• Establish and build up a pool of customers.
• Maintain good, professional working relationships and effective communications with existing, and new customers and all internal departments, affiliate offices, and partners.
• Achieve set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
• Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.
• Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting to the immediate superior or HOS.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the immediate superior or HOS.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching, identifying, and evaluating the prospective company's position in the industry.
