About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and growth-minded Business Development Executive to support our expansion in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with digital media agencies, identify new partnership opportunities, and help strengthen our presence within the China outbound marketing ecosystem. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys learning, and is eager to grow their career in digital media.

Job Responsibilities
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities with key digital and media agencies in Singapore.
  • Conduct lead research to identify potential clients and partnership opportunities.
  • Support the planning and execution of agency roadshows, sharing the latest insights on Chinese media platforms and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and agency partners to support revenue growth.
  • Manage and monitor your sales pipeline to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Prepare pre-sales proposals, presentations, and media plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth project coordination and successful campaign execution.
  • Stay informed about China’s digital landscape, social platforms, and evolving consumer behaviour.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • University degree preferably in Marketing/ Advertising or Business related discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital media, preferably within programmatic, media, or technology sectors.
  • Strong interest or understanding of China digital media platforms and consumer trends.
  • Result-oriented self-starter, adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and able to build clear, compelling presentations.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with regional clients and partners.
