Job Overview

• Position: Business Controller (Finance & Commercial)
• Location: Jurong East (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)
• Working hours: 5 days a week- HYBRID / Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm - WITH WORK FROM HOME BENEFITS
• Salary: Up to $10000 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Automation products

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, analysis, and controlling activities
• Ensure accurate project accounting, SAP entries, and compliance with IFRS
• Support tax compliance, contracts, claims, audits, and legal interfaces
• Identify and manage commercial risks, opportunities, and productivity initiatives
• Lead business administration teams with strong governance and integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial controlling/reporting, preferably in MNCs
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, contract management, SAP, and advanced Excel
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
