Job summary

TPM Outdoor Productions Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to assist in preparing proposals, quotations and pitch materials, and to generate and follow up on sales leads.

You will coordinate campaigns, liaise with internal teams to ensure timely launches, assist with proof-of-play and post-campaign reporting, and support knowledge sharing using AI tools.

This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to ad hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, pitch and other sales materials.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, proposals, client requirements and update client database and campaign trackers.
• Coordinate confirmed advertising campaigns and liaise with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
• Assist with proof-of-play, basic campaign reports and post-campaign requirements.
• Leverage on demand generation and outreach tools to support lead generation and knowledge sharing to prospects.
• Use AI tools to support sales ideas, presentations, research and simple creative work.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and other related and ad hoc tasks.
