What is your mission?
- Oversees and ensure proper and standardised data workflows/practices and reporting (including development and enhancement) for project(s) across the region
- Focuses on insights and inject into processes, reporting and business presentations to result in measurable and trackable performance improvements
- Robust stakeholder engagement and excellent communication with internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Workforce, QA, HR) and counterparts from clients
- Leads analysts to study business requirements, collate data, analyse/research, and translate results into effective presentations and recommendations to aid decision making in timely manner
- Educates internal/external users appropriate use of analytics and business intelligence
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Database Management or any related field
- Preferable with 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have sound understanding of BI best practices, relational structures, dimensional data modelling, structured query language (SQL) skills, data warehouse and reporting techniques.
- Strong acumen and leadership on analytical opportunities, needs and weaknesses
- Excellent presentation skills, project management and change management
- Experiences in Tableau, Alteryx, Power Query, SPSS, GCP would be added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
