Overview

We are looking for Business Analyst to join one of the government agencies!

• Exciting opportunity to work with a team of professionals to deliver government applications
• Basic up to $9K + AWS (Attractive salary package and employment benefits)
• Great exposure to Agile, Design Thinking, Cloud, Data Analytics
• Working location: Central (hybrid work arrangement)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Agency’s business teams to elicit citizen/business and Agency’s needs through human-centric and visual methods
• Apply Design Thinking / Service Design methodology and tools to identify current state gaps and challenges, and develop future state design and solutions
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with company’s technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG Tech Stack)
• Identify and adopt the appropriate development and delivery approach (Outsourced, Co-Sourced or In-house development)
• Work with internal and Agency's teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria
• Ensure product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations
• Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (Operations Management)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics/project management
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates proven, hands-on experience working in Agile approach on Product-centric teams
• Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner/PMP will be an added advantage
