Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst for GovTech projects on a fixed-term 1-year engagement. You will join a multi-disciplinary team delivering AI-enabled governance solutions and automation to streamline agency processes.

Responsibilities include requirement elicitation, process mapping, writing user stories, coordinating with product managers and engineers, and ensuring acceptance criteria are met during releases.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate business problems, outcomes, scope and success measures.
• Analyse current-state and future-state processes, user journeys and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and rules.
• Manage traceability and support change management.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritise backlogs.
• Work with engineers and designers to shape scalable solutions.
• Support testing with acceptance criteria and release readiness.
• Contribute to AI-enabled capabilities for GovTech governance.
