Job summary

Activate Interactive is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Co-Development unit for a fixed-term 1-year engagement in Singapore government projects. You will gather, analyse, and document requirements, map processes, and collaborate with developers and product owners to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

The role emphasizes agility, solution design, and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams; AWS experience is a plus and financial institutions background is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or digital transformation projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Experience with system integration, workflow solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud applications, authentication, reporting, and data migration.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidate with AWS related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyse business processes and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams on solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Support Agile delivery by refining user stories and assisting in sprint planning activities.
• Conduct impact assessments for enhancement requests and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution rollout, and user adoption.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and quality standards.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
