Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst to join a cross-functional team delivering AI-assisted workflows and GRC-focused governance solutions for government agencies in Singapore.

You will translate business needs into functional requirements, support backlog prioritisation, and collaborate with product managers, engineers and designers to deliver scalable improvements. Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience translating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and process models.
• Experience in Agile software delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, testing and release processes.
• Ability to discuss enterprise technical concepts like APIs, integrations, cloud services and data flows.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in government, regulated environments, SaaS platforms or GRC domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate business problems, outcomes, scope and success measures.
• Analyse current and future-state processes, user journeys and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements.
• Elicit, analyse and document business, functional, non-functional, integration, data and operational requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Manage requirements traceability and support scope, dependency and change management.
• Prioritise backlogs with Product Managers based on value, risk and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and designers to shape scalable solutions.
• Support testing activities with acceptance criteria and validation.
• Support release readiness, handover and continuous improvement.
• Participate in incident reviews and post-incident communications as needed.
• Contribute to AI-enabled capability design for governance and assurance.
