Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a diligent Business Analyst to bridge external stakeholders and internal teams. You will translate business needs into functional specs and user stories, guiding the design and implementation of technology solutions.

Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, data analysis, and supporting change management for new systems across projects with government agency involvement. A Diploma/Bachelor in IT or CS is required, with CBAP/PMI-BA a plus.

Qualifications

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Systems Analyst.
Experience in requirement gathering, data analysis, and solution design.
Background in software development or programming is desirable.

Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between external stakeholders and internal teams to align business needs with technology.
Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements; translate into functional specs and user stories.
Collaborate with Design & Technical teams; participate in testing and QA activities.
Support implementation, user training, and change management for new systems.
