Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to partner with GovTech on BAU duties and new digital initiatives. The DBA will assist in coordinating digital solutions driven by MFA and support deployment across multiple projects.

We seek candidates with at least 5 years in IT business analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across Agile or Waterfall environments to modernize legacy systems and adopt SG Tech Stack.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of IT business analysis experience, application solutioning and testing.
• Participation in at least two full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GovTech onsite teams to elicit citizen and business needs using visual methods and develop business cases.
• Develop user stories, functional and technical specifications, and acceptance criteria with project teams.
• Evaluate technologies and support MFA's digital transformation and deployment across multiple projects.
