Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Co-Development Business Unit on a fixed-term, 1-year contract for government agency projects. You will engage stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements, analyze processes, and propose technology solutions.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and vendors, support Agile delivery, enable UAT and rollout, and ensure governance and security standards are

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or digital transformation projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Experience with system integration, workflow solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud applications, authentication, reporting, and data migration.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Product management experience and AWS-related experience are highly valued.
• Candidates with Financial Institutions backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyse business processes and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams on solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Support Agile delivery by refining user stories and assisting in sprint planning activities.
• Conduct impact assessments for enhancement requests and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution rollout, and user adoption.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and quality standards.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
