Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing technology consultancy in Singapore. You will work with Product Owners, Product Managers and developers to refine requirements, plan schedules, and ensure delivery of quality software projects.

The role focuses on crafting user stories, managing the product backlog, planning resources, and supporting UAT. Candidates should have 3+ years of BA experience in Agile environments with Azure exposure and strong

Qualifications

Background in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related technical discipline.
At least 3 years of business analyst experience in software development on an Agile and cloud platform.
3 years of working experience with Azure.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Business case and user stories development skills.
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong collaboration across teams and with business stakeholders.
Knowledge of web, mobile and Cloud technologies.
Experience with Confluence, JIRA, GitLab, SonarQube, BPM modelling techniques is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager and Development Team on project schedule, issues and escalation.
Plan for and justify project IT resource allocation, including securing approval; monitor and track project resource usage.
Refine user stories by providing technical analysis; build the Product Backlog with prioritization.
Review technical proposals or solutions to ensure quality, governance, and standards compliance.
Propose feasible ideas or engage SMEs to improve product quality.
Coordinate with interfacing systems to ensure smooth end-to-end workflows.
Plan and design UAT, monitor progress and ensure acceptance of UAT.
Review and ensure that all documentation is complete and of quality.
Maintain and continuously refine Product Backlog.
