Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join the Co-Development Business Unit for government agency projects until 31 August 2029. You will elicit requirements, map processes and translate them into epics and user stories.

You will work in an agile environment, conduct workshops, maintain backlog hygiene, and support Product Owners in prioritising work. The role demands five years of BA experience and a degree in IT/CS/IS/Business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital delivery or a related role.
• Experience in Agile delivery and Jira or equivalent backlog tool.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements for technical teams.
• Experience in public sector or citizen-facing digital systems.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and service design.
• UAT planning, test case development and validation.
• Experience maintaining product backlog and refinement artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements sessions.
• Analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Document requirements, flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into epics, features and user stories.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and release planning.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements to delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with vendors on clarifications and delivery.
• Prepare status updates and governance materials.
• Ensure artefacts remain current through the delivery lifecycle.
