Overview

The Business Admin Support plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Sales and Wealth Planning Team by providing comprehensive administrative and operational assistance. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings (both internal and external).
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-maintained and functional work environment.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Support data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless information flow and project completion.
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned to support the overall business objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
