What You’ll Do
Operations & Logistics
- Support daily order fulfillment and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Coordinate with key brands, couriers, and suppliers
- Track stock levels, restocks, and keep operations flowing
Marketing & Brand Support (Commercial Focus)
- Monitor low shelf-life products and suggest timely promos to move inventory
- Propose bundles and gifting sets based on bestsellers and sales data
- Assist in planning pricing and promotions during key campaigns (e.g. Shopee/Lazada sales, seasonal pushes)
- Track product performance and recommend when to reorder stocks
- Help with product listings, campaign readiness, and ensuring bundles go live on time
Events & Community Support
- Assist in setting up and running events such as pop-ups, fairs, showroom activations, and brand launches
- Ensure smooth on-ground execution: stock prep, logistics, booth setup, customer interactions
- Capture learnings from events (what sold well, customer feedback) and feed them back into campaigns
Growth & Learning
- Gain exposure to the full ecosystem of brand building: from operations to events to e-commerce strategy
- Learn merchandising, promotions, and how to translate data into business decisions

- Enjoys both hands-on operational tasks and customer-facing event work
- Strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and flexible team player
