Mediacorp Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior professional to lead Brand & Content Development and drive audience and partner engagement for digital brands. You will guide a team to produce bold, platform-ready content across social, video, and mobile formats.

The role requires a strong storytelling track record, expertise in Premiere Pro, and the ability to shape content strategies from insights. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication / Visual Communication or related discipline is a plus.
• At least 5 to 8 years working experience in digital content creation across various digital platforms.
• Experience in creating both bite-sized and short to medium form content for a digital market.
• Proven track record as a creative storyteller.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; able to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Creative, technically inclined and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong industry network is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Brand and Content Development for digital, social and mobile content.
• Direct and provide guidance to the team.
• Brainstorm and ideate to produce digital content.
• Provide strong analysis and content strategies based on insights.
• Ensure all content is appropriate and platform-appropriate.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist/Producer to produce innovative content.
• Establish content schedule and roadmap.
• Lead Audience and Partner Engagement and build relationships with influencers, creators, journalists.
