Job summary

Big 3 Media in Singapore is seeking a Content Producer to lead the end-to-end creation of video content, from concept through delivery, across corporate films, event coverage, and social campaigns.

You will translate client objectives into compelling visual narratives, direct script development, storyboarding, and aesthetic direction, and coordinate with editors and production crews to maintain a cohesive brand voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
• Proven experience directing high-quality video content with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to address challenges across the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own content development from inception to delivery across corporate video, event coverage, and social campaigns.
• Translate client objectives into visual narratives, guiding script, storyboard, and style.
• Lead pre-production tasks: casting, location selection, wardrobe, call sheets, and shooting schedules.
• Direct on-set production and provide creative direction to crew and talent.
• Oversee post-production with basic editing and supervision of editors.
• Coordinate stakeholder and vendor management to align with briefs and brand standards.
• Manage production budgets, timelines, and logistics including permits and equipment.
