Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, consumer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning, coordination, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Adaptable and embraces new technologies, including AI-powered productivity tools, to improve work efficiency.
• Demonstrates commitment to Mediacorp's sustainability initiatives and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated consumer marketing and social media initiatives.
• Drive audience growth, brand engagement, and content consumption.
• Oversee end-to-end marketing and social media ecosystem for Mediacorp Consumer Brands.
• Support planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, production schedules, and stakeholder deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Develop social media strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
• Manage content planning, publishing, community management, and paid social campaigns.
• Create and publish engaging content across social and digital platforms.
• Engage audiences and foster meaningful relationships while upholding brand values.
