Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in digital, content, or social strategy roles.
• Proven experience developing social-first strategies that led to measurable audience engagement or brand growth.
• Bonus: experience in social listening tools or working directly with creators.
• Strong grasp of social media trends, platforms, and social content creator ecosystems.
• Comfortable using insights (qualitative or quantitative) to shape thinking, and the various tools to enable that.
• Strong communication skills — written, visual, and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commissioning and production teams, as well as the digital and social strategists to brainstorm, conceptualize and shape thumb‑stop content.
• Partner with media teams to ensure organic and paid strategies work hand in hand.
• Evaluate and refine our social IPs from a commercial perspective, build a deep understanding of our social products to serve as an expert and collaborate across teams to craft compelling social content solutions aligned with client briefs.
• Craft audience journeys, spark conversations, and ignite brand love across social platforms.
