Branch Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group
    As the leading bank in Asia, DBS Consumer Banking Group aims to assist customers in realizing their dreams and ambitions through our extensive network of approximately 500 branches in the country. With a strong foothold in the consumer banking sector, DBS offers a comprehensive range of products and services, including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, credit cards, and personal loans, tailored to support customers" aspirations at every stage of life.The primary goal of this role is to achieve exceptional volume and revenue performance by engaging with DBS clients who have assets under management (AUM) exceeding INR 1 million. This involves employing a need-based approach to acquire and engage clients, ensuring coverage and product penetration through cross-selling and upselling DBS products and services. Additionally, the role focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service through proactive client engagement, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams.Key responsibilities include acquiring and upgrading quality clients to the Treasures segment, deepening wallet share among existing customers, achieving monthly and annual volume and revenue targets, activating e-channels, implementing product strategies through effective relationship management, building client trust and loyalty, optimizing product mix, driving exemplary customer service, ensuring internal and regulatory compliance, and delivering service excellence through appropriate workflows and processes.Key duties and responsibilities include managing and growing the AUM of clients, enhancing product knowledge through continuous learning, resolving customer queries and complaints promptly, collaborating with colleagues and specialists to meet team objectives, working closely with superiors to achieve common goals, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing operational risks, establishing DBS as the primary banker for clients, and fostering a prominent banking presence in India.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputed bank, possess in-depth knowledge of the local market and competition, and hold certifications in relevant areas such as AMFI, IRDAI, FEDAI, and BCSBI.
