Job summary

Standard Chartered PLC is seeking a driven client acquisition professional for its Personal Clients segment in Singapore. The role focuses on maximizing new business, deepening client relationships, and meeting service standards across banking products.

Through consultative sessions, you will analyze clients' financial needs, provide market updates, and develop monthly plans with the branch manager to hit targets. Prior experience in banking products and regulatory awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in client acquisition.
• Experience in account management is preferred.
• Knowledge in banking products like treasury, equities, funds, insurance, etc.
• RNF and CFMAS is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Maximize new business/acquisition opportunities and deepen customer relationships to service standards for Personal Clients.
• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet needs/objectives.
• Foster and deepen relationships with regular market updates and trend analyses on financial products.
• Draw up monthly plans with branch manager to achieve sales targets and new business goals.
• Participate in marketing/promo activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on prospects and manage client retention.
• Organise and conduct sales presentations to groups and organizations.
• Solicit referrals from RMs and staff.
