Job summary

Standard Chartered in Singapore seeks a Personal Clients professional to maximize new business opportunities and deepen client relationships. You will conduct detailed financial profiling and tailor solutions to clients’ objectives, while collaborating with branch leadership to achieve monthly sales targets.

The role requires 1 year of client acquisition experience and relevant certifications (RNF, CFMAS) with a strong emphasis on AML and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of client acquisition and account management experience.
• RNF and CFMAS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial profiling sessions to understand clients' needs and objectives.
• Strengthen relationships by offering market insights on local and international financial products.
• Collaborate with branch management to execute monthly sales plans for new business and retention.
• Engage in marketing initiatives to attract prospective clients and grow market presence.
• Source and approach potential individual clients via multiple channels and referrals.
• Deliver professional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Implement anti-attrition strategies to address customer needs proactively.
• Organise and present sales pitches to clubs, companies, and associations with compelling value propositions.
• Ensure AML compliance by reporting suspicious activities with the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
• Contribute to the overall group business strategy to optimize performance and client outcomes.
