Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore seeks a results-driven client acquisition professional to deepen relationships with Priority Clients. You will perform consultative financial analyses, present market insights, and coordinate monthly plans with the team to meet aggressive sales targets.

In this role, you will engage in marketing activities, source prospects, provide after-sales support, manage client retention, and facilitate group presentations while ensuring strict AML and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in acquiring high-net-worth clients is preferred.
• Familiarity with consumer banking products (treasury, equities, funds, insurance).

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions to meet clients’ needs.
• Provide market updates and trend analyses on local and international financial products.
• Draw up monthly plans with the team to achieve sales targets and new business goals.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for client acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects.
• Deliver quality, efficient after-sales service.
• Manage attrition and retention of clients.
• Organise and conduct sales presentations to groups and organisations.
• Solicit referrals from other SCB units and staff.
• Comply with anti-money laundering procedures and report suspicious activity.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Bank policies.
