Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a results-driven professional to maximise new business within the Priority Clients segment, while deepening existing client relationships. You will conduct consultative financial analyses, present market insights, and collaborate with leadership to meet sales targets.

The role requires strong relationship skills, knowledge of banking products, and the ability to drive referrals and new business in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to acquire new high-net-worth clients and refer opportunities.
• Experience managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Deep knowledge of consumer banking products (Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet financial goals.
• Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing timely market information and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with PB team manager/branch manager/PTL to plan monthly targets for new business and acquisition.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects to build the client base.
• Provide high-quality after-sales service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support anti-attrition and retention efforts for clients.
• Organize and conduct sales presentations for groups, clubs, associations, and companies.
• Solicit referrals from RMs in other units to grow the client network.
• Comply with anti-money laundering procedures and report suspicious activity as required.
• Ensure adherence to Bank regulations and external regulatory requirements.
