Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore is seeking a results-driven professional to lead client acquisition and account management within our branch. You will conduct professional financial analysis, provide market insights, and drive growth by identifying opportunities with local and international products.

You will build and deepen relationships through proactive service, tailor-made financial solutions, and timely market updates, while ensuring compliance with AML, conduct, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 2 plus years experience in client acquisition.
• Experience in account management is preferred.
• Knowledge in banking products like treasury, equities, funds, insurance etc.
• RNF and CFMAS is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers.
• Foster relationships with regular market updates and trend analysis.
• Draw up monthly plans with branch manager to meet sales targets.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects.
• Provide quality, efficient after-sales services.
• Manage anti-attrition and retention of clients.
• Organise sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organisations.
• Solicit referrals from other parts of SCB e.g. RMs from C&I, staff, etc.
• Comply with AML procedures and report suspicious activity.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and controls.
