Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore is seeking a client-focused professional to drive acquisition and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients. You will conduct financial analyses, provide market insights across products, and help plan monthly targets with the branch team.

You will also engage in marketing activities, prospect new clients, deliver after-sales service, and ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance are maintained across the bank.

Qualifications

• RNF & CFMAS certificates are required.
• Experience in client acquisition and managing high-net-worth clients is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of consumer banking products (Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.
• Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
• Draw up monthly plans with the PB team/branch manager to meet or exceed sales targets and acquire new business.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects and provide quality after-sales service.
• Manage anti-attrition and retention of clients and organise sales presentations to groups and organisations.
