THE EDGE PARTNERSHIP HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead transformation and continuous improvement across the group, blending strategy and execution to deliver lasting change.

You will act as an internal consultant and project manager, reviewing current processes, designing practical solutions, and driving full rollout with data-driven decision making and change management.

Qualifications

10+ years in process improvement, business transformation, or internal consulting.
Proven ability to run initiatives independently with limited oversight.
Experience leading digital transformation and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation and digitalization projects from planning through execution across the group.
Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas needing improvement.
Design practical solutions and see them through to full implementation, not just advisory recommendations.
Use operational data to build the case for proposed changes and track whether initiatives deliver results.
Partner closely with stakeholders across business units, bridging technical and business needs while driving change management; communicating updates, training staff, and supporting teams through the transition to new processes or systems.
