Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Investment Management, Actuarial Science, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, FRM, or actuarial qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in insurance, asset management, or investment management environments.
• Proven experience managing complex investment projects, integration programs, or business transformation initiatives.
• Good understanding of portfolio management, investment governance, analytics, oversight, and investment processes.
• Experience working with institutional and multi-asset investment portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end investment integration planning and implementation activities.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Oversee all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with Investment, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams on strategy and requirements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage communications.
