This senior mandate focuses on re engineering enterprise scale operational workflows by integrating lean process architecture with modern automation and emerging technologies. Leading a specialised engineering and transformation team, you will identify operational bottlenecks, design end to end workflow innovations, and implement scalable solutions across high volume business operations, directly enhancing guest experience and bottom line efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead an enterprise process re engineering portfolio, aligning operational improvement roadmaps with broad corporate strategic goals.
• Lead a cross functional team of process engineers, automation specialists, and applied technologists to modernise frontline operations.
• Eliminate proof of concept stagnation by enforcing rigorous stage gates, ensuring process redesigns translate into sustainable, measurable operational rollouts.
• Partner closely with property and operations executives to diagnose friction points and co design practical, tech enabled workflow solutions.
• Oversee comprehensive process mapping, operational benchmarking, and change management frameworks across diverse regional business units.

Requirements

• 15 years of leadership experience driving enterprise process engineering, operational excellence, or large scale business transformation.
• Demonstrated background leading technical and process teams through end to end workflow redesign and technology deployment.
• Strong commercial acumen and executive gravitas, with the ability to navigate matrixed corporate environments and influence senior operations leaders.
