Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 4+ years in engineering project/program management.
• Experience influencing architecture and integration decisions across global teams.
• Exposure to AI/ML, data intelligence or automation in core solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead multiple complex technical projects balancing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive design process from requirements to solution architecture and vetting.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and partners globally.
• Ensure readiness through design reviews, UAT, cutover activities, and change management.
