Job summary

A boutique hotel group in Singapore is seeking a Front Office professional to manage guest services and team operations. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience and hold a Professional Certificate/NITEC. Responsibilities include guest check-ins, payment processing, and managing the Front Office Team, ensuring a positive guest experience is maintained. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and room assignments.
• Assist with luggage, safety box, and additional keys.
• Collect payment in compliance with accounting policies.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and events.
• Pre-register and block reservations.
• Perform night audits and prepare necessary reports.
• Manage Front Office Team alongside the Front Office Manager.
• Fulfill other tasks as requested by management.
