Job summary

A luxury boutique hotel group in Singapore is looking for a Front Office Associate to manage guest check-ins and overall front desk operations. This role requires strong hotel operations skills and at least 2 years of experience. Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field.
  • Required languages: English and preferably one other spoken language.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Processing guest check-ins and room assignments, following hotel policies.
  • Assisting with luggage, safety deposit boxes, guest room keys, transportation.
  • Collecting payments in accordance with cash handling and credit card policies.
  • Answering inquiries about hotel services, events, directions, and attractions.
  • Managing the Front Office Team with the Front Office Manager.
