Job summary

QUANTUM AUTOMATION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an Assistant Sales Manager to grow new business, drive sales and margin targets, and nurture key relationships with M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and M&E contractors.

You will promote BMS, smart building and energy management solutions, identify early-stage projects, and manage quotations, tenders, and the sales pipeline with a focus on trusted partnerships and growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, M&E, Mechanical, Building Automation or equivalent.
• 3–5 years' relevant experience for Assistant Sales Manager; more for Sales Manager.
• Strong knowledge of BMS and ACMV/HVAC.
• Experience in M&E construction, BMS, building automation, smart building or system integration preferred.
• Existing relationships with consultants, contractors and developers is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good technical and commercial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales & margin targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and M&E contractors.
• Promote BMS, smart building, energy management and related solutions.
• Identify projects early and engage consultants during the design/specification stage.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, compliance schedules and proposals.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular customer/project follow-up.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new project opportunities.
