Job summary

QUANTUM AUTOMATION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Application Manager (BMS) to lead the application engineering division, overseeing technical, operational, and business aspects of Building Management System projects.

The role requires strong strategic leadership, deep BMS domain knowledge, and proven ability to drive client relationships and large-scale project delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related) required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of BMS engineering experience with at least 5 years in management roles.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership & business development for the application engineering division.
• Oversee project portfolio, governance, risk management, and delivery excellence.
• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and development of the engineering team.
• Serve as the technical authority on BMS system architecture and implementation strategies.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships and lead major proposals with enterprise accounts.
