Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS solutions, and building automation concepts.
• Proven sales, business development, and account management experience in HVAC, BMS, or related building services industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of project-based sales cycles, including tendering, contract negotiation, and coordination with engineering or project delivery teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, mechanical/electrical fields, building services, or a related discipline is highly beneficial.
• Experience in the Singapore or regional construction, MEP, or building automation market is an advantage; fluency in English is required, Mandarin is a added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC/BMS and related building services.
• Manage existing client relationships and provide technical and commercial support.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines; maintain sales forecasts and reports.
• Regularly visit client sites and participate in industry events; align sales strategies with regional and HQ teams.
