Job summary

QUANTUM AUTOMATION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an Application Manager (BMS) to lead the application engineering division, overseeing all technical, operational, and business aspects of Building Management System projects. This senior leadership role combines strategic direction, team development, and hands-on expertise to ensure on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) required.
Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in BMS engineering, with at least 5 years in management roles.
Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering large-scale BMS projects.
Professional certifications in relevant BMS platforms required.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans for the application engineering division; drive client relationships, proposals, and partnerships.
Organizational Management & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse engineering team; oversee performance reviews and talent acquisition.
Project Portfolio Management: Oversee project portfolio, optimize resources, manage risks, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple BMS projects.
Technical Authority & Innovation: Serve as the technical authority for BMS solutions; guide architecture, tech choices, and implementation strategies.
Financial Management & Operations: Manage department P&L, budgeting, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
Client Relations & Market Development: Maintain executive-level client relationships and lead major presentations and proposals for enterprise opportunities.
