Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) required.
Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in BMS engineering, with at least 5 years in management roles.
Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering large-scale BMS projects.
Professional certifications in relevant BMS platforms required.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans for the application engineering division; drive client relationships, proposals, and partnerships.
Organizational Management & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse engineering team; oversee performance reviews and talent acquisition.
Project Portfolio Management: Oversee project portfolio, optimize resources, manage risks, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple BMS projects.
Technical Authority & Innovation: Serve as the technical authority for BMS solutions; guide architecture, tech choices, and implementation strategies.
Financial Management & Operations: Manage department P&L, budgeting, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
Client Relations & Market Development: Maintain executive-level client relationships and lead major presentations and proposals for enterprise opportunities.
