Job summary

Quantum Automation Pte Ltd is seeking an Application Manager (BMS) to lead the application engineering division, guiding strategic direction, team development, and delivery excellence across multiple BMS projects in Singapore.

The role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge of building management systems, and a proven track record in driving business development and client relationships for enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in BMS engineering, with at least 5 years in management roles.
• Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering large-scale BMS projects.
• Professional certifications in relevant BMS platforms required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application engineering division, overseeing technical, operational, and business aspects of BMS projects.
• Oversee project delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the division and manage P&L budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and technology partners.
