Job summary

QUANTUM AUTOMATION PTE LTD is seeking a Sales professional to develop new business opportunities in Singapore and drive sales and gross margins for BMS, smart building and energy management solutions.

The role involves building relationships with M&E consultants, developers, and main contractors, identifying early project opportunities, and managing quotations, tenders and proposals while maintaining an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good technical and commercial understanding.
• Experience in M&E construction, BMS, building automation, smart building or system integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales & gross margin targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and M&E contractors.
• Promote BMS, smart building, energy management and related solutions.
• Identify projects early and engage consultants during the design/specification stage.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, compliance schedules and proposals.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular customer/project follow-up.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new project opportunities.
