Job summary

LIBIAO ROBOTICS, a leading global provider of intelligent warehouse automation and robotic sorting solutions, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will identify opportunities, expand key accounts, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or development, preferably in automation or logistics.
• Proven track record in building and managing key accounts.
• Ability to lead complex solution sales and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and SEA.
• Build and maintain relationships with 3PLs, logistics and warehouse operators.
• Promote warehouse automation and autonomous sorting solutions to enterprise customers.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to contract closure.
• Collaborate with presales and delivery teams for tailored solutions.
• Develop partnerships to strengthen market presence in the region.
