Job summary

Gain City is seeking a highly driven Sales Director of AS/RS & Automation Systems or Senior Manager to lead sales strategy, revenue growth and market expansion across logistics, e-commerce, distribution centres and end-users in Singapore. The role requires steering the sales organization, building strategic relationships and aligning with engineering and operations to deliver capital equipment projects.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in B2B solutions sales within AS/RS, warehouse automation, material handling systems, or industrial automation industries.

Responsibilities

Lead overall sales strategy, revenue growth and market expansion for AS/RS and automation systems.
Drive attainment of revenue targets and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, operations and product teams to align sales commitments with feasibility and delivery timelines.
Improve efficiency of long, complex sales cycles typical of automation projects.
Ensure accurate forecasting and disciplined reporting.
