Roche is seeking a Regional Business Manager for Core Lab-Assays in Asia Pacific to lead regional launch efforts, go-to-market strategy, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with affiliates and global teams.

You will build regional strategies based on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive insights, coordinating with clinical, market access, digital, and regional teams while traveling 20-30% of the time. Bachelor's degree is essential; MBA or PhD is advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is essential.
• Experience in core lab (clinical chemistry, immunoassay) IVD business preferred.
• 10+ years' experience in a related field are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional squad and affiliates launch leads to ensure successful local launch plans and execution.
• Analyze business performance and identify new growth opportunities; develop regional go-to-market plans.
• Own lifecycle management input from end customers and affiliates; coordinate with global teams.
• Manage multiple stakeholders as the single point of contact for portfolio discussions.
