Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modelling Engineer (MEP) to develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for MEP projects, and to prepare 2D and 3D drawings.

Salary is $3,500 - $5,000 SGD monthly, based on experience. Location is Ang Mo Kio. You will coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary teams, attend coordination meetings, ensure designs comply with local codes, and maintain drawing revisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, BIM, Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 3 years BIM modelling/drafting experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• BIM certification preferred.
• Experience with MEP drawings and BIM models.
• Strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM software
• Prepare and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings for MEP engineering projects
• Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve drawing or model discrepancies
• Review designs for constructability and compliance with project requirements
• Ensure drawings and designs comply with relevant local building codes and regulations
• Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with Project Coordinators and Project Managers on drawing updates and revisions

Work Schedule:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM software

• Prepare and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings for MEP engineering projects

• Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams

• Attend coordination meetings and resolve drawing or model discrepancies

• Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Degree or higher qualification in Engineering, BIM, Building Services, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant BIM modelling/drafting experience

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

• Relevant BIM certification is preferred

• Experience preparing MEP drawings and BIM models

• Good understanding of BIM coordination, technical drawings, and construction requirements

• Able to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams

• Detail-oriented and able to manage drawing revisions accurately

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
