Job summary

Wah Loon Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Coordinator/Modeller to lead the development, coordination and management of M&E BIM deliverables. The role focuses on accurate BIM model production, coordination with design teams, and compliance with standards throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks to perform clash detection, develop shop drawings, and support construction planning and digital delivery, while maintaining data integrity and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as BIM Modeller and 2 years as BIM Coordinator within Singapore construction.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• BIM certification in Revit MEP or coordination is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, BIM workflows, construction methodologies, and coordination processes.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects and BIM implementation from tender to completion.
• Good communication and coordination skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willing to work a 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays).

The BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeller is responsible for the development, coordination, and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) deliverables for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems. • Relevant BIM certification in Revit MEP and/or BIM coordination will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of M&E systems, BIM workflows, construction methodologies, and coordination processes.

• Experience in large-scale construction projects and BIM implementation from tender stage through project completion will be highly advantageous.

• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under tight project timelines.

• Willing to work a 5.5-day work week (alternate Saturdays).
